Butt-Sniffing Accident Causes 2-Dog Pileup

The Fluffington Post has received word of a major collision off Route 9 involving two compact dogs. Officials on the scene say Rizzo stopped short, causing Charlie to misjudge the angle of a routine butt sniff. The resulting rear-end collision has slowed traffic in both directions thanks to severe rubber-necking.

Drivers are advised to avoid the stretch between exits 26 and 28 until the wreck can be cleared.

New Puppy Landspeeders Are More Efficient

Anti-Gravity Car & Driver magazine is reporting that the new XP-34 puppy landspeeders are more fuel efficient than non-puppy versions of the craft.  According to a press release from the Naboo-based Landspeed, Inc. (a division of General Motors), the puppy speeders use a newly designed version of the “repulsorlift” engine that is powered completely by kibble.

The puppy landspeeders will be on sale after the annual Galactic Empire auto show on Chandrila in June.
